All the constructions were built with light boards - in order to allow easy, fast and functional construction, as requested by the developer.

to the sea, and in light of the high demand for residences in this area, the developer set out to construct 3 additional villas of approximately 90 meters each.​

The villa is located in the heart of the beloved village Chalokalam,
in a strict conservation area and is in front of the beach.

In this unusual project, the planning phase until obtaining the permits took about a year, with the help of a skilled architect from Bangkok, who was found to be suitable for the task. Finally, a permit was received for a 2-story house at a height of about 9 meters from the street level. About 200 meters built on two levels with 4 master bedrooms and a private pool.

A project of 4 villas on the west side of the island at the foot of the sloping hill of Wok Tom, with a panoramic sea view. The group of entrepreneurs wanted to take advantage of the area's maximum percentage of construction to allow a sea view from every point of the house and to maintain a meticulous construction standard. Due to the challenging location in the execution of the works, there is a need to use CMA tools (engineering mechanical equipment - download after translation), including cranes and everything required to complete the construction.

With the beginning of the project, work was done to find a suitable land in size and dimensions so that it could contain a design of 5 independent units.

The selected land is located in the heart of a pastoral coconut plantation in a central location with easy access by car.

The lot is located on the westernmost hill that kisses the sea in the central and popular Seritano area.

The area of ​​the plot is about 350 square meters and a villa with 2 bedrooms is built on it, with a meticulous and modern design with a private pool and a full view of the sea. In order to maximize the view, we had to build a supporting wall and raise the ground level so that there would be no obstructions to the view of the open sea from all directions of the house.
