Planning Coordination:
Accompanying the client throughout the entire process, from the moment of choosing the architect and hiring the consultants to the completion of construction and occupancy. This phase includes joint meetings with the architect and the consultants to formulate the planning concept and bring it to life in the plans

Execution and field supervision:
Consulting and close supervision of the work carried out on the site, including managing schedules, budget, and ongoing dealings with the contractor and other consultants

Project finishing and handoff:
Accompanying the client until the end of construction and the handover phase with the contractor and planners -Initial, second and final handover protocol - until receiving a key - and compilation of all project documents and plans
